Our Hiring Process
We value your time. No 8-round interviews or “brain teasers”. We seek talented professionals with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, good communication, and a strong work ethic. We also want leaders who are great planners, excellent at execution, and love to grow people around them.
1. The Intro (30 min): A casual chat to see if our missions align.
2. The Technical Screening Test (60 min): Online test to evaluate your analytical and technical skills in areas related to your position
3. The Technical Round Interview (60 min): For a good understanding of your technical capabilities and soft skills
4. The Vision Match (45 min): Meet senior members of our organization to talk about the future of the company and your role in it.
